Interim
This year so far in PE i think i have put in a pretty good effort in fitness days. Skme days i dont give my best effort because i play hockey everyday and my coach doesnt want us to work out 48 before and everyday i train play a game or practice. When i come to school in the morning im sore and dont want to run. I see that people are trying hard and doing better then me in stuff but i get all the fitness i need outside of school! My coach says dont do anything before games or practices. My strengths in pe are running short distances and weight workouts! Im not a very good long distance runner but i still Run through it and try to stay at the front! I show up to every class and have my pe strip and i participate! I think i deserve a G!

Great job Foster. You try very hard on fitness days and have good co-operation with others. I think you deserve a G too.
ReplyDeleteI think that the amount of hockey you are playing is having a negative effect on you in PE. I can see that some days you are tired and worn out. In class you always participate but not at a high level. It looks like you're just going through the motions. During clue fitness you didn't perform any exercises correctly until I had to call you out which shouldn't happen. I think your coach is being hypocritical for saying that you can't participate in PE on days you play or practice and to not work out 48 hours before considering he has you training 7 days a week. Based off your work ethic in class especially fitness days I would say your work habits are Satisfactory. You have so much potential to be a great leader in class and I would hate to see you waste it.
