Me playing hockey

I play at the highest level and want to go farther in hockey

Semester 1 end blog post

The four words that describe me are active fit happy and content. So far this semester I have participated in every class except for when I was injured. I have braught my gym strip every class and have never faked a injury to get out of pe. In most of the fitness classes I have went all out.  I also havent went all out in some of my fitness days. I have fun in pe and on activity days I break a sweat and my face goes red.  I bring a positive attitude to class and I enlighten the mood. Some days I come to class tired with no energy and not wanting to do anything but I push through.  In games I am an honest person and if I get out I go out. Lately I havent been posting blogs and digital evidence of what I have been doing. Outside of school I train everyday and am on the ice with my team 6 days a week with 2 dryland sessions a week. I am trying to get ready for the u16 team bc olympic team tryouts in april and my goal is to make it throught the first cut of the 1999 age group.before every game I eat chicken and pasta. After my game I have chocolate milk and a power bar with 30grams of protien.  I think my work habbits are G and my grade for participation is A and social responsability is B and healthy living A and digital evidence C

Beeptest

Today in the beeptest i ran a 10.2 due to my concussion, i just came back. In the t test i ran a 9,58 and i did 40 pushups and i help the planl for 2minutes and i touched 7 time in 30seconds! I think i did pretty well for my first fitness day back

Interim

This year so far in PE i think i have put in a pretty good effort in fitness days. Skme days i dont give my best effort because i play hockey everyday and my coach doesnt want us to work out 48 before and everyday i train play a game or practice.  When i come to school in the morning im sore and dont want to run. I see that people are trying hard and doing better then me in stuff but i get all the fitness i need outside of school! My coach says dont do anything before games or practices. My strengths in pe are running short distances and weight workouts! Im not a very good long distance runner but i still Run through it and try to stay at the front! I show up to every class and have my pe strip and i participate! I think i deserve a G!

Outside of school

Outside of school i play rep hockey. I play 7 days a week! I have dryland 3 days a week 2 games and 3 practices a weeks! I train by myself everyday weather its muscle building to stamina! My coaches make us eat healthy and stay fit! 

Work out

Had a good workout on wednesday last week and broke a guid sweat.
